Logo
This is a logo I created for an upstart fintech company called Wealthwise.

Being a fintech company, Wealthwise uses innovative technology, including artificial intelligence, to help users take control of their finances. The target audience for Wealthwise is a younger demographic which may be new to approaching their finances with intention. Because of this, I decided the logo needed to be approachable and friendly, but also convey a sense of trust, as finances are both an important and very personal topic.
To create this welcoming and approachable feel, I used all lowercase letters and gave each letter slightly rounded corners. I chose a very even font with thick lines to convey a sense of stability and strength.
The icon is representational in multiple ways. At a glance, the diamond shape conveys a sense of balance. Taking a further look, the center of the diamond features the letter "w" for Wealthwise. Additionally, the space above the "w" is an upward-facing arrow, which represents financial growth and progress.
